How to Make Stretch Marks Salve

Place in a double boiler or bowl over a small pan of water calendula, dried ginger, Apricot Kernel or Almond oil. Heat the mixture for 35 minutes on medium to low heat to incorporate the properties of the herbs well. In order to remove the herbs strain through a cheesecloth or metal.

You need to make sure you still have 2 tablespoons of liquid oil left. Return the oil to the double boiler and then add the shea butter and also the coconut oil. Wait until melted stir to incorporate and store in small jar glasses.

If desired, add any pregnancy safe essential oils. You can use the cream before, during or after pregnancy.
