We propose you a weekend detox, during which you will need to adopt a light lifestyle. In other words, you should focus on meat, low fat food, lots of liquids and potatoes.

Detox plan

Saturday

Breakfast – 1 cup of oat cereals combined with 1 tbsp of linseed, 200 ml of almond milk or diet yogurt, ½ cup of blueberries and 1 cup of green tea.

Lunch: 2 cups of salad, Swiss chard, potatoes and olive oil, 1 slice of melon and 1 small banana.

Snack: 1 apple, 180ml normal yogurt and ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds.

Dinner: 150 grams of grilled tuna, 2 cups of salad, 1 small integral pastry, ½ cup of steamed vegetables

Sunday

Breakfast: 1 cup of oat cereals mixed with 1 tbsp of linseed, 1 pear, 200mlalmond milk and 1 cup of green tea.

Snack: 1 grapefruit

Lunch: 200 grams of grilled chicken breasts, vegetable soup made of pepper, beans, celery, carrots, onions and potato and 150 grams of pickle.

Dinner: salad made with carrot, lemon juice and beet, 1 cup of nettle tea and 1 small integral pastry.

Recommendation:

  • For every meal served during the weekend drink 1 glass of water (250ml)
  • In order to keep your liver healthy, it is recommended to keep a 10 day detox plan twice a year, but if it is impossible for you, a 2-day diet several times a year is perfect as well.
  • Do physical exercises with regularity and walk as much as possible.
