Breast cysts are benign sacks which contain fluid manifested among women aged between 30 and 60.
- Hormonal imbalance.
- Excessive consumption of caffeine and alcohol;
- Vitamin D deficiency.
Drainage – can help you get rid of this problem, but it may not do it forever, as the cysts can reoccur.
Surgery – is an aggressive form through which a specialist removes the cysts for good.
However, if you do not afford these two procedures, you can try one of the below three remedies which have proved to be very effective among women.
You will need:
- A bunch of fresh wheat leaves;
- An ice cube recipient;
- A glass of water
Pour the juice obtained after grinding the wheat leaves in the ice cube recipient and put it in the freezer. In the morning, on an empty stomach, drink 1 glass of water in which you have added 1 cube of wheat juice. Repeat this procedure every morning for about 3 months and you will get rid of breast cysts.
In a pot filled with 1l of water, add some mint, yarrow, mistletoe and elderberries. Let the pot boil, then let the resulting tea cool down before consumption. Drink the tea during an entire day, up to 6 months. Even though the results will appear later, you will be surprised to see how effective the remedy is.
In addition to this, you should adopt a healthy lifestyle: healthy food, no alcohol an no dairy products.
You will need:
- 300 grams of organic honey
- 300 grams of houseleek leaves
Blend well the houseleek leaves and then, combine them with the honey. Store the resulting mixture in a jar, somewhere cold, preferably in the fridge, for about 7 days before consumption. Eat 1 teaspoon of this remedy three times a day, before every meal.
