In medical terms, abnormal hair growth on the face or body is called hirsutism. People with dark hair or stronger pigment, are more hairy than those with reduced pigmentation. People have hair all over the body. Except for eyes and nails. Unwanted facial hair has become a serious concern for women today, especially when estrogen levels change due to menopause. Matters such as poly cystic ovary syndrome or other hormonal problems, certain medications or adrenal gland disorders can make facial hair to grow more. In these cases, the problem leads to tumors or cancer of the gland or ovaries.
Here are 10 solutions that you can apply at home, if you have excessive facial hair.
It’s an easy remedy to obtain and use.
Add two teaspoons of granulated sugar (white or brown) and a teaspoon of honey and water. Heat it int the microwave for 30 seconds. Leave to cool.
Using a spatula, apply wax to the areas you want to remove hair from. Put a strip of special material for waxing or cloth and pull in the opposite direction of hair growth.
Repeat if necessary.
This flour helps you exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells and hair.
Plus, it can lighten skin tone and hair color that grows in this area.
Mix two tablespoons of chickpea flour, a tablespoon milk, a teaspoon and a half of milk and three quarters of teaspoon of turmeric. Apply this paste on your face and leave it for 20 minutes or until dry. Removes it from the front with a piece of material or soft cloth soaked in warm water.
Do this three to four times a week for a month.
Alternatively you can mix a teaspoon of chickpea flour with half a teaspoon of yogurt and rose water and a quarter of turmeric. Put the mixture on your face and leave it for 20 minutes before
to remove it.
Or mix two tablespoons of chickpea flour with a quarter of turmeric and a little milk, until you get a good paste.
Green gram flour and rosewater
Green grams beans come from the plant called Vigna radiata that grows in Bangladesh and India.
As chickpea flour, green gram flour is a natural solution for hair removal and exfoliation.
The combination of green gram flour and rosewater is ideal for sensitive skin and the acne.
Add a half teaspoon rose water and two teaspoons green gram flour. You can add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Put the paste on your face and leave for 20-25 minutes, then wash it off.
Repeat three to four times a week.
Sugar hair removal
It is a natural treatment for hair removal on the face and body. Hair should cross in the direction of the hair growth. But produces less pain and irritation than sugar hair removal.
This technique was developed thousands of years ago in Egypt.
Heat in a container, a quarter of a cup of water. Add two cups of granulated sugar and a quarter cup of lemon juice. Cook until bubbles appear.
Put it on a low heat for 25 minutes until it becomes amber.
Stop the heat and allow to cool.
Prepare the skin by powdering it with corn starch or baby powder. Then put the mixture of sugar in the direction of hair growth. Put over a cloth and leave a few minutes.
Shoot fast in the direction of hair growth.

A study by Turkish researchers say that peppermint tea helps women hirsutism.
Subjects were given mint tea twice a day in the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle.
Follicular phase of the cycle begins on the first day and 14-day.
Boil a cup of water. Add a teaspoon of dried mint leaves. If you have fresh mint, put 4-5 leaves. Cover the container and let boil for 5-10 minutes.
Strain and drink twice a day.
Lemon juice and honey
Honey and lemon juice helps to remove hair on the face. Lemon juice cleanses, exfoliates and softens the skin. Honey helps due to its moisturizing properties.
Furthermore, due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties it will help you avoid skin irritation.
Lemon juice bleaches the skin and hair.
Mix a teaspoon of lemon juice and four tablespoons of honey. Apply on the face and leave for 15-20 minutes.
The mask is removed with a cloth soaked in warm water.
Repeat it at least two times a week, for several months.
Egg, sugar and cornflour.
This recipe is a great facial mask that you get rid of impurities and facial hair.
Mix one egg white with one tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of cornflouer. Apply the mixture on your face and leave to dry for 15-20 minutes, then remove.
The process is repeated three to four times a week.
Another ingredient is powdered red lentils, functions as an excellent scrub for hair removal. Wash a half cup of red lentils. Mix two tablespoons of them with a little milk and a little honey.
Leave for 15 minutes. Store in a sealed container.
Apply on the face and leave for 15-20 minutes, then remove.
It uses three to four times a week. If you have dry skin, use once a week.
You can add powdered sandalwood, orange peel, rose water and potato juice. Potato juice helps to whiten hair and facial skin.
It can be combined with lots of ingredients to get rid of unwanted hair.
Mix equal measures of turmeric and flour ( you can also add some susan oil if you want). Put on your face and leave it for 30 minutes before removing it. Repeat the process once a week.
Turmeric plant can be combined with milk or rose water. Apply on the face, leave to dry, than remove.
To escape turmeric yellow color, soften a cloth disk in milk and rub the face with it.
This fruit acts as a natural bleach, and also helps to make facial hair less visible.
Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric with the flesh of a papaya. Massage it on the face, then leave to dry for 15-20 minutes before rinsing. Repeat every week.
